Hello Gurus,
My wife got her H4 Visa stamped recently.
In H4 Visa, where there is some column like
Spouse Annotation : There is a mistake in the name. One letter of mine was not printed. Rest all are proper - like Visa duration/her name/my company name in USA etc.,
Is this a problem for travelling to US. Do i need to contact counsulate people for this and get it changed.Basically we have not made any mistakes in DS-156 or 157 form filling. Its just a typos error from Consulate.
2) What are the documents for the H1 traveller to carry while entering US. I also have a B1 Visa. So at the port of entry do i need to clearly say i am comming on H1 Visa.
3) What are the documents which spouse needs to carry(H4 Visa). She would come later than me and will not have my original petition unless i post it to her.
Please clarify my above questions.
