Mistake in N-400 application regarding arrest

Hey,
I just received my IL with an additional form that says I should bring original copies of the documentation that relate to the arrest. Clearly, I made a mistake in the N-400 form and answered "yes" to the question that asked about arrests. I got a traffic ticket and that is what I was referring to. I filled the details of the traffic violation in the table below though.

Given that I was never arrested, I sure don't have any documentation. Can I wait till I go to the interview and clarify this? Else, what should I do? Thanks for your inputs.

Nothing to worry about it and its a standard template and even I got the same thing and
say no when the IL asks you about it

By disclosing the traffic ticket on n-400 , there's a chance the IO might ask you for proof of payment or if it was paid.

Thanks Bobsmyth. I've the receipt from the county (was online) that states the fine amount and the paid amount. I hope that should suffice.
