mistake how to correct it

hi i need your help
after sending a forms i have reliase that i made a mistake
after signing the date of signature(mm-dd-years) an case of write 04-17-2007
i have write 17-04-2007

do i have to send email to kcc to correct this smistake or it's not a big probleme?

I think it is not a problem since a year doesn't have 17 months. So, it is easily figured out that you mentioned dd-mm. Anyway, you may send an email to the KCC and explain it.

i dont know what lucy says but I would send an e-mail requesting KCC to correct it. If it is not a problem, sending e-mail is also not a problem. By this way you will be able to create a record on your mistake. If somebody will ask you about that in the future or at the interview, you can tell them that you had informed before..
