Missing TN approval

I cannot find the original copy of my approved TN (done by mail), so how do I get another copy(I am about to call Uscis but need some feedback from all of you). I have to travel in less than 3 weeks
 
I presume you are talking about the I-94 attached to the TN approval?

As long as you know your case number, you do not need that I-94 to leave the US, and a new I-94 will be issued to you when you re-enter.

What you need the I-94 for is NOW, while inside US to prove your status. Once you leave US, it is of little value.

next time staple the I-94 in your Passport the day you get it.

I would not bather trying to get another copy of I-94 at this point, as it will not come in time, if at all, and costs $320 to replace (I-102 form).
