Hello,
I am writing to this forum for the first time. I have a question about my RFE that was issued by INS against my I-485 petition. According to AVM a RFE was issued on Feb. 6th, 2002 but I have not received it yet, neither has my lawyer\'s office. I have contacted INS twice and told them that neither myself nor my lawyer has received the RFE yet. They have told me that they have resent it but it has been 17 days and I still have not received it. I have heard from a friend who received a RFE for his case early this year that INS only gives three to four months time to respond. I do not know what to do in this situattion except to wait. Any sincere suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
