Missing Old passport

I am unable to locate one of my old Passports. The current one I have is from 2003. I obtained my GC in 2005 and have recently applied for naturalization. I read in the forum that all Passports (old and current) are required, Is that true? And given after 2005 I have only been out of US for like 15 days per year at a time should I spend time searching the whole house

Generally only those passport(s) that show travel after GC are required.

I only took and was only asked for my latest passport (which was issues 3 years ago) and I had applied on 5 year rule.

You may be fine unless old passport has travel related data for post GC period.

My IO did not even opened my passport, I only gave him current passport and he did not even asked for expired passports.

If they want to look at your passports, they don't care about passports that expired more than 5 years ago. So don't worry about the passport you had before 2003.
