If your Driving license has the middle name then in future if you go for DL renewal they create problems to issue DL or move to different state may face problems with DL.
Check your I-485 filing receipt if it has Middle initial then better to file form I-90 and get GC with Middle initial and you need to pay only$70 if the I-485 receipt/approval has the same as on Card and you want to add Middle initial then you need to pay $185+$70
check the last line of the of the card. My spouse's card has the full name in the last line (bottom most) and middle initial in the name. I think you may be fine if you have the full name at the last line.
