I came here in Aug'2000 on L1 and stayed till Aug'2001.We went back to my native country in August'2001. I again came back to US on H1B in '2003 and staying here from then. I recently got a mail from my lawyer that they're keeping documentation ready for I-485 (My I-140 is already approved). My question is I don't have L1 and L2 Approval notices for myself and my wife. Will there be a problem if I don't provide those papers?
Any help will be greatly appreciated..
