missing i-94

We got i-485 approve, going to local INS, could not find our
I-94, which is a required docs for passpord stamp. Any
help is appreciate.

Is I-94 so important? Assume it is and you lost it. Do you have an AP? If you do, try to have a trip to Canada, or Mexico, you will have a new I-94 when you come back.

Usually you need to return the original I-94 when you go for PP stamping.

Usually there should be a form or any other alternate way to proceed in case of your missing I94. Things happen and there are remidies. Try getting what to do from any immigration lawyer or can call the INS. Penny worth. THanks.

Jenny,
I-94 was the only legal document ( besides photos and the approval Notice) they asked me while stamping PP .
If I were you, I would consult my attorney or if attorney is not available , I would call INS and find out before proceedding for PP stamping!.
I am sure there is a alternate form u need to fill to replace I-94!

go ahead go to local INS, tell them missing
i-94, shouldn\'t be a problem for passpord
stamping.
