Missing evidence of N400 receipt notice

Hi,

Going back to the original question, my wife and I received our notice letters. Mine has two things that my wife's does not:
1. Missing evidence(s), as listed here
2. Important Notice about needing to go for fingerprints

I also suspect the missing evidence has to do with my traffic citations, that I mentioned in my N-400 form. No idea why her notice does not mention fingerprints, but I am sure this is just an omission.

Hello Bhil,

I have claimed traffic citations and I got the same letter "Missing evidence(s)", no worries, just make you have proof of payment for those citations, or get DMV printout. Sit back, relax and enjoy the trip

Yes, I have already collected a document from "Superior court of Santa Clara", that states that there are no pending charges and all charges are disposed.

As a back-up, I got DMV report, that there are no pending violations.

I have to agree with Suzy977. Since got my GC I moved 3 times and never filed an AR11. I had my interview yesterday and showed up with a driver's license of a different state. All I had to do was to show the officer my utulity bills to prove that I live at my current address.

Maybe it depends on the officer, but the AR11 wasn't a problem for me.
