Missed the FP appointment and want to re-schedule

Hi All,

I missed the FP appointment due to delay in mail.

How long will it take to re-schedule ?
Is it possible to go ahead and re-schedule for one person, since my spouse cannot attend the interview for couple of months ?

I am trying to call that no. 1-888-557-5398(INS Boston) from this morning without any luck in getting through. Would you mind sharing your personal experience in rescheduling an FP either via phone or in
person ? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I had to reschedule my FP appt after missing my 1st one (also due to the delay in the mail). However, I just re-sent my FP notice with the preference of Wednesday and they sent me a new appt date (for about 1 month later than the original date). Hope it helps.

hi, did anyone try going direct to the ASC?
i have also missed my FP date (11/3/00) bcoz of delay in the mail and am planning on going to the ASC on 11/8/00 and try my luck.
 
Missed FP - any luck at ASC

Hi Guys

Anyone has had anyluck with FP after missing the 90 day period post the appointment. I was away from the country. Did just walking in do.

Can we call someone to reschedule?
 
Whom do you resend that missed FP notice to?

Whom did you resend that notice to? how long did it take to get rescheduled.

Rescheduling Information I got this morning....

Hi Guys & Gals,
I had posted a question on another one of the threads in this forum.
I wanted to get a New York appointment rescheduled to Texas.

Since I didn\'t get any concrete answers, I decided to find out myself.

This morning I drove to a local ASC and the official at the door who checks all the papers had this to say:

According to him, I can just miss the NY appointment and come back the following wednesday to the TX ASC. Wednesdays are "make-up" days and people who miss their appointments can come on this day. In fact, he says that you can take your appointment letter and go to ANY ASC after you have missed your appointment.
He adviced me to come early though....

Please do check with your sources and update this thread....
