Missed the deadline for Visa interview

So, my case is that I have won 2016 Diversity Visa Lottery and by personal reasons I missed the deadline in my country for Green Card Visa interviews which was 30.09.2016 (the date for the last interview). So my question is , is there anything I can still do , to actually go to an interview (even if its with the new winners , for this year, if its even possible). I mean , anything I can try or anyone I can ask ( US department of State e-mail).Please any kind of information will be valuable for me, or the chance is already long gone.

September 30 2016 was the last day of issuing visas for DV 2016. It's closed now and there is nothing you can do. Sorry about that.
 
As guriix said, by law once a DV fiscal year is ended no more DV visas associated with that year can be issued, even one day late. Sorry that you missed out.
