Missed FP Date because FP notice was lost

Hello,

my wife and I have just learned from a senator office that we were supposed to do fingerprints on May 15. We missed the date because we never got a fingerprint notice. We need to do fingerprints until August 15 (90 days since May 15) but we still do not have the official fingerprint notice. The only thing we have is a letter from a senator office which says that we were supposed to show up on May 15.

We are worried because the application can be considered abandoned if we do not show during the 90 days since the original date for fingerprints.

1) Does anyone know if it is possible to walk in at ASC in Atlanta and ask them to do fingerprints without presenting the official notice? Should they have a record for our fingerprints somewhere in their system?

2) Does anyone know the day for walk in at Atlanta ASC?

3) Is it possible to go for fingerprints in other cities (for example Charlotte ASC) even though we live in Atlanta?

I will really really appreciate any suggestions/comments in fixing this problem. Thank you very much for your help!
 
Hi,

Even I did in Atlanta. But I had the notice which I got after delay. But I am sure wednesdays are walk-in ( very hard to convince them during other days ). So try your luck and see if that helps.

asc will do it. tell them.

asc office will do it. Just tell them. Go on any day afternoon (after 2 pm), and tell them you never received it. they will do it for you. even I did not receive it, but still I went and did it.
