Need your guidance on missed Bio-metrics scenario for primary applicant.
My attorney applied for AOS ( i485 ) and all my family members received bio metrics appointment to our address and they have completed the bio metrics appointment. However the bio metrics appointment letter was sent late for primary applicant and to attorney office. I missed the Bio metrics appointment and that was scheduled in September end 2025 and got to know only in Nov first week. I called the USCIS call center and raised a ticket, after 20 days received an email from USCIS saying the ticket does not have sufficient information to take action and asked to me to call again and provide more details. I called USCIS call center again and provided more information to reschedule my bio metrics appointment and they reopened the same ticket. So far no response from USCIS, its been more than 30 days. I also tried going the ASC office for walk ins but was not successful. Request your guidance on next steps.
