Missed 2nd time finger print for I485. What's the remedy?

I just missed a I485 finger print notice. This is the 2nd time finger print. But the lawyer forgot to mail this notice to me. It's supposed to scheduled at dec 13th. But the lawyer just emailed me today about this. I've already missed it. I don't know what to do now. I will call back the lawyer next monday, and the Uscis.

Also my previous finger print are all taken in san antonio ASC. But the email from the lawyer said the 2nd time fp for 485 is in Houston southeasten ASC. Does this indicate something?

Go to unscheduled finger print day

First of all, go to ASC and tell them about your situation. At times, they allow you to do the finger print without trouble if there are not many customers waiting for finger print. Or else, they may ask you to come on Friday or Wednesday for Unscheduled finger printing.

This is serious, so please act FAST! Best of luck...

I've already made an infopass appointment on Monday. Hope they can give me a satisfied answer.
I will let you guys know what's going on.

Talked with ASC officer today

The officer for the inforpass appointment in San Antonio ASC told me I don't need to worry. Just when I go to the fingerprint for EAD card renew, they can just add the I485 fingerprint for me.
 
We moved from CA to NJ and got fingerprinting notice which was scheduled at CA.So our lawyer asked us to walkin at Newark NJ. We went there ,lady refused to do it.
So again we tried and we went to Hackensack NJ and they took our finger print.
we are all set. ;)
 
I would suggest go to your local Service Center and tell them that you missed your scheduled appointment date and you would want to have them done asap.

Most probably they will do it same day or they would ask you to go back on a specific day.

Also don't forget to post your out come. Good Luck!!!
 
I solved this problem by rescheduling the fingerprint.
I saw somewhere people ususally got a 2nd biometric notice after their name check are cleared. Is that true? My name check is pending since Jan 18, 2005 as my congressman told me.
