Hi
My friends H1 petition was filed in 2001 and was approved. He started working for the company a few months ago. His wife applied for a H4 Visa in the chennai consulate. They came back asking for many other documents which included a copy of the I129 petition. He could not locate a copy of that. IS there a way he can get the copy from INS or does he have any way out of this? Any suggestion will be very helpful. Thank you in advance.
