Mismatcg between my name in the birth certificate and USC certificate

Hello,

I have a question/issue.My name in my birth certificate is different from the one in my USC cetificate as follows for example:

BC -> Sudha K. Murthy
Marriage certificate -> Sudha married to Kumar Srinivasa
Original Passport - > Sudha Krishnamurthy
USC certificate & Current Passport -> Sudha Srinivasa


I'm intending to sponsor my parents for their GC and am worried that this will cause confusion. I do not have any legal evidence that Sudha K. Murthy is the same as Sudha Krishnamurthy or Sudha Srinivasa. Would an affidavit by my parents stating so suffice?

I think that is better to provide all the documents of why you have other names. For example the case of Srinivasa will be due to marriage and that is very common and especially because you need to show your US certificate but at the same time make the link with your parents name through your BC.
