Hi All,
My brother is planning to apply for the Green card...however he had commited a felony 'Fraud Credit Card Transaction' which was reduced to a misdemeanor and there was no jail time ...although he was on probation for a year. Would this impact the desicion on his Green Card approval desicion? If yes, what can he do to avoid that?
Also he has a nasty credit history...outstanding debt of around $20,000 past due for 3 yrs or so....Does bad credit history impacts Green Card Approval process?
