Mis-spelt name in application

I petitioned for my sister in China for green card. It was approved in 2005. The priority date is current now. I just realized that her first name is mis-spelt (missing 'g' at the end) in all forms/applications and approval notice(DS 130). Will this cause a problem? If so, what can I do to fix it? She is in the process of filling out form DS230 . Should she use her correct name or mis-spelt name in the application?

hi.. what if it is already at NVC? we already got the case number/invoice number -- am now ready to send back the choice of agent form. help pls.. thanks!
