Miracle s happening at Vermont centre

Hi ,

I have been posting some news or other regarding our cases filed in vermont centre.

June 26th we submitted renewal of 2nd EAD and AP both where approved
in 1 months time, after noticing frequent changes LUD on our 485 cases
continously for 2 days.

Today I recieved 2 mails from USCIS asking to come for Finger Printing in oakland California.

This is truely a Good news as we are been flodded with one after other
approval notices. and now finger Print notice.

This is definately a good news to all those who's LUD 's happening frequently would surely get there approval.

140 approved
1st EAD and AP approved.
2 Nd EAD and AP approved on 08/03/04
FP noticed recieved on 08/04/04

so these days they are sending FP notices by email also? Or is it just for CA?

The effect of the miracle to me: Applied 4th EAD today.
Just wanted to know if anyone applied 5th EAD in the Immigration history.

I agree

That is correct they are on fire. I know atleast three persons who filled concurrently in May/June 2003 including myself got thier i485 approved. Thats good news for concurrent filers, but I do feel sorry for folks waiting for 2001/02 timeframe.
I wish them speedy approval.

I really wish all of us good luck. I am still waiting too. Did you guys initiate an inquiry? I did that couple of days back. I am contemplating to contact the senator.

Baadshah, 4th EAD is terrible. I know how you feel. When is your current one expiring? May be this will trigger your approval. Good luck...
