Minors traveling with family members.

I am planning to send my kids(8yrs and 4yrs) to India for their summer break with their aunt (my sister), would happen to know if I need to prepare any documentation for kids when they travel to India with a family member (my sister) ?

Both my kids are U.S. Citizens and my sister is a Indian Citizen.

If you have full custody of the kids, you'll need to prepare and sign a consent form that allows your sister to travel with the kids without you. If you do not have full custody, then you and your spouse will both need to sign the consent form authorizing your sister to travel with your minor kids.
