Question on OCI.
I am an Indian Citizen. My Wife is also an Indian Citizen. We both have Indian Passports for now. We will be applying for US Citizenship soon.
I have TWO children 4 and 8 both having USA Passports.
I know its too early. But, if and when I get my US Citizenship, I will be applying for OCI. Now, during that time, I am going to do Family based. In that case, can my children also qualify for the OCI?
