What happens if a US citizen files petition for their parents and he have a minor brother(under 21)? Does the brother also gets the green card????US citizen can file petition for their parents and they can get green card easily and it takes years for their brothers and sisters to get green card.

The brother needs his own FB4 petition, with the associated wait. There are no derivative beneficiaries for immediate relative petitions.
