Minnesota State - Labor Processing

Any News from MN SESA

Mine was filed on July 17th. As per the processing times they have posted, they are currently doing July 1st. Did anyone hear any updates on their cases from MN SESA during the past month. I am nervous due to the current job market..Has it started affecting how they decide on Labor applications.
 
Does any one has received LCA within last 6 months

My was applied in april RIR/EB3 but still no news. As per state dept web they are processing for september 1, 2001.

Sanjaypatel9, My thinking is that if all the papers are filed correctly then it should go through fast. Since you have had one query from SESA already, I think in your case it might not be the processing speed, but the inadequacy of the supporting documents etc. Just my guess! What do you think?

When my company had inquired to SESA, they told they were waiting for some papers from attorney.

I think that is quite outrageous. You should seriously consider changing your attorney!

I could not say attorney\'s name but it is one of the top and biggest attorney firm in US. Now lets see now how it goes.

My attorney told me that my labor certification (EB2) is approved and she is filing I-140 next week. Best of luck with your processing too.

What happened to you guys ? Any news ? Me just planning to start application, and been horrified at teh time it is taking for minnesota SESA as compared to DOL centers like Chicago.

Anybody know the reputation of this very big law firm in Downtown Minnesota ? called "Faegre". It is my company's lawer, adn if not good, I have to find other lawyers.

Please answer back, I guess some of you are approved in the mean time.

I believe you must have already gone through the process of labor by now. Would you please share your experience with the law firm as even I'm starting my labor process sometime next month-end through Faegre & Benson.
