I am starting a discussion on MN Labor processing.
My Priority Date is 07/17/2001. Any of you waiting for approval in Minnesota or recently got approvals or any info from them , please join the discussion.

Hey I got LC from MN/Chicago DOL. My PD is Mar-13. Got it sent to Chicago on Apr-24. So expect yours to be forwarded in 1 1/2 to 2 months

Mine was filled to Minnesota state on last week of april still pending

my case was filled on MN RIR /EB3 on last week of April 2001 but still waiting for approval from state.
They are reviewing case, they had different query 1. whey my company had not put ad in xyz news paper
then they had another query
Don\'t know when it woud clear.

Let us know how things are progressing. I am not expecting any news from my lawyer for atleast the next couple of months.
 
Bad news for Minnesota state

which is official Minnesota state labor dept site.
According to them

"Due to the large number of applications filed to take advantage of the 245(i) provision and loss of one staff member, processing has slowed considerably. We ask for your patience."

So just we have to wait
 
Almost a month in Same date

My PD in MN SESA is June 29 2001. RIR EB3. Checked the web site still having the same PD for past 2 months. In my reciept they have stated with in 30 to 60 days they will notify still no news from MN SESA

PD 05/23 RIR and no response as yet. MDES web page indicates processing 05/15 RIR cases. They are also scheduled to go on strike from 05/17 !!

My Case

I applied for SESA on March 21th, SESA forwarded my application to chicago DOL on June 29th.
It is still pending in Chicago, at the pace it is going, I expect
action to be taken on my application by end of this month.

Want to know where did you find the MDES go on strike from Sep 17. If they go on strike I think we all are stuck

Updated 09/05/01: Dark Cloud Hanging Over Minnesota SESA Processing

Here is the excerpt anyway:

Minnesota government employees are members of unions and have failed to reach agreement with the State Government and voted to go into strike on September 17, 2001. The State labor certification officers are members of these unions and will be forced to walk away until the dispute is resolved.
The State SESA, named MDES, is also expected to face another challenge at the end of the year. The State legislature plans to merge this department to another department, which will without doubt affect the State\'s labor certification program.

Amidst all these tragedies and turmoil, MDES was kind enough to forward my case PD 05/23 RIR EB2 to DOL Chicago on the 12th of Sept.
 
How did you get info about your case is transfered to Chicago

When I inquired about my case they did not provide any info. They told that they can only discuss my case with my company or my attorney.
 
The Co. attorney conveyed this to me and also added that it would be another 3-6 months before DOL,

 
 
MN-State Labor processing is picking up

Saw the latest update in time frame. They are processing PDs of mid June. Anyone got any update on your case?
 
Does any one had approval for RIR, EB3

Mine was applied to MN state on RIR/EB3 on last week of April, still not approved. Does any one has RIR/EB3. How much time it takes.
