Minimum work hours for H-1B?

Hello,
What is the minimum number of work hours allowed for an H-1B visaholder to maintain its status? Is it 30 hours per week minimum? Or can it be 20 hours?
If that is permissible, does there have to be a separate filing for the new work hours?

H1B is a full time job. 40 Hours/week.
 
Not possible less than 40 hours?

I've heard about part-time H1-B visas, although I'm uncertain if they can be obtained... I've also heard about 30 hours/week for H-1B... :confused:

Has anybody heard (or read) about this? Additional feedback is appreciated...
