Minimum wage in Texas for H1-b holders

Hello Gurus,
My wife changed her status from B2 to H1-B

She has got a job in Texas in a big corporation on a sub-contract. Since this is a sub-contract the pay is very less like 25 K per annum. I'm not really concerned about the pay but just worried that my wife might be questioned a lot when she goes for her stamping outside the US.

I want to know whats the minimum wage requirement in Texas state.

I did a google on the net and couldnt get the information.

To give you the minumum wage, we should know first what is the LCA says the minimum prevailing wage for her job offered through H1b.
