Minimum Bank Balance in India

Hi

What would be the minimum bank balance to be shown in India by my parents for visitor visa interview? I would be sponsoring for my parents and I am showing a good balance here.

See there is no such thing as minimum or maximum balance which could guarantee a visa. In my case, I asked my parents to show good enough bank balance, and surprising enough that they weren't even asked to show one document at the time of their interview. Conclusion- there is no way of knowing as to why some people get visa and the others don't. Anyhow, goodluck to you!
