Milanes (NYC) lawsuit update

I've uploaded the most recent documents from the Milanes case for all of you who have time to dissect it. Some real good info was provided by defendants. The main plaintiffs (except Mlianes) have all been granted Naturalization.

Very Interesting and it serves as a reference for those who are looking to file a WOM of which I am still a probable candidate if these people don't get it together with the name check program.- Unacceptable but what can you do?

someone told me that they have to decide soon who will win and if the people who filed win then they have to give us all an answer yes or no without an interview? is this true cuz it doesnt sound too kosher to me it sounds too good to be true, thats why im asking all of u guys about this, is it true or just another lie.
 
Looks like they made a deal with US District Attorney to drop the lawsuit against USCIS because they became US citizens already.-

I doubt the judge can still hold the lawsuit open and proceed with the class action lawsuit on behalf of all the John Doe's of USCIS New York District Office who applied for naturalization.-

This lawsuit looks like it's not going to hold any water.-

That's how the government gets out of these class action suits..they make deal with main plaintiffs, and then submit motion to dismiss so that others are left stranded.
