Michigan: 45 day letters with PD > 09/2003

I am trying to know the status of 45 day letters for Michigan people whose cases never went to Region (PD > 09/2003). Please share with your information regarding 45 day letters.

My PD is 11/2003 and I do not have 45 day letter yet.

Same here...although my PD is further back...

I recently received 45 day letter and my lawyer responded to it.
PD is 12/29/2003-RIR-EB2 45D Letter Receive 02/18/06 and replied on 02/27/06.
 
MI cases seem slow

So far I got nothing, neither my friend whose PD is 9/2003. It seems MI cases go very slow.

Congratulations on your approval. I have the similar PD as yours but mine is EB3. I think the 45 DL was replied on the 15th of March. When was yours replied? Thank you and good luck in the next stages.

I got an e-mail from my attorney stating that they recived my labor certification today.

Did your lawyer tell you what to proceed next since the I485 is still retrogressed for EB3? Thanks.

I just heard from my lawyer that she received my 45day letter. Response sent same day.

Since EB3 is retrogressed, my attorney mentioned they are going to file I-140.

Labor Approved on 03/28/2006 and received on 04/07/2006. It seems Michigan cases are in the pipeline at DBEC.
 
My PD was June '03, no 45 days letter yet.

Hello, my PD was at June 03 and I still have no receive any notice yet. I just wonder if anybody else have the same PD and still waiting? Thank you very much.
 
Any Idea?

My case details as below.

I wish to know if the case numbers are usually processed in order? I am seeing D-05199-XXXXX cases being approved, does this mean that my case D-05192-XXXXX should be approved already? What is the best way to check this? (other than through lawyer as I have already asked my lawyer a few times, but was told to wait for the BEC notification).

Turn out to be my lawyer has my 45 days letter and replied without letting me know.
