Hello Guys I have been waiting for my Oath Letter since June 2006, I'm hoping I will be called in the March 2008 ceremony, though I really lost hope, I'm full of patience, not gonna worry about it anymore. good luck to all.

why don't you sue USCIS????? I believe you have waited too much. Good luck!!!!
Thank you andrew, but I don't want to go thru all that legal trouble, I rather keep enjoying my life and wait patiently.
Yes I had the interview and they approved me, just waiting for the Oath letter. I think that my finger prints are expire.

Hello Andrews, yes I'm still waiting, I send a letter to Laura Bush about a week ago, algo I'm gonna try to contact Lincoln Diaz, or Mario Diaz, don't really know if that works but, it's worth the try, by the way do you know if the miami office, the one we were interviewed has a phone number?? I have heard people calling some DO to find out about their cases, not sure about miami office though. thank you and good luck.

Sorry to hear you are still waiting. I do no know any number for Miami District Office. What have worked for me is calling National Customer Service, I am transferred to an actual Immigration Officer everytime my case does not appear on line. The IO was able to see in the system that I passed the english and civics test on my interview date and that a decision is pending. I also called Miami beach Convention center and was told USCIS will be having the next naturalization ceremony there on May 28th and may 29th. Good luck and I will pray we both get our oath ceremonies very soon.
