Hello Everyone
Was curious if anybody has tried visiting the MHRD in Delhi to apply for the NORI in person? I am on a J-1 visa working in SFO, CA and am visiting India for a 3 week holiday. I thought I would personally visit all the three required offices and maybe(hopefully) get the NORI certificates before I leave for USA again. Since I am from Bombay, I will have to fly to Delhi to visit MHRD. If they agree to give the NORI immediately, then its worth making a daytrip and finishing it off. Any idea how long they will take to give me the NORI if I personally visit and try to push them? Same day? A week? 3 weeks? More?
