I have a question for people with same situation i am in.

I came to US with a visitor visa in 2000 and while i was in status my company i work for applied for H1B and then applied for I 140 which was approved in Aug. 2004. Our I 485 was also filed at the same time
I renewed my EAD three times and approved advance parole but did not used it.
How can i get my visa stamped? IS going to Mexico a best thing?
If they don't stamp my passport, will my H1 visa gets canceled or stay valid?

Only if you use your EAD and AP your H1 status is canceled. Visa stamp has nothing to do with the status, it just helps to reenter. The best option to get visa stamp from your own country. If it's denied in Mexico or Canada, you need to go to your home country directly (although you can use AP to reenter and then file for extension of H1B to get back in status again).

So in order to reenter to this country, we do not need H1 Visa stamp in passport instead we can use AP???
I am confused

It is sort of related to the status, because when you use the stamp to reenter, you get the status which is associated with the visa. Leaving and reentering with the stamp is one method of changing status.
