Mexico stamping if worst case happens...

Hi. If we get the worst case scenario for mexico h1b stamping, which is security clearance for a few weeks... Can we actually go back to US while waiting for this? I heard about this before, but please let me know.

Yes you heard it correct

You could come back into the US and have to leave the US to India within a specified period of time, I guess it is 30 days but I may be wrong. Check about this. But, I'm sure that you could come into the Us for a specified period of time.
