Mexican citizen on TN allowed to change of employer at canada border POE?

Hello, I am a mexican citizen on TN visa with > 3 years remaining.

Are we allowed to do change of employer at the Canada border POE or do we need to one in the Mexico border? More specifically I am looking for data points at one of the Blaine POEs.

Anything you can do at the Mexican border, can be done at Canadian border.
