Hello, I have met a women here on B1/B2 visa. She was visiting family. We have since decided to marry. She has two kid's back home. Some friends said it would be best she went home (SOON) as her visa expires. Then bring her back with her kids on a Fiancée Visa. Other's said to marry now and then apply for a visa for the kids. Either way she has to travel home to bring both her kids and property over. Sell here house there....
