Hello:

I call the 1-800 number and open an query about my I-131 since my RD for I-131 is 09/01/2004 and the posted processing date is 10/13/2004 in their web page. I got the following message from my email , also my I-485 LUD changed to 01/12/2005 and nothing else.

On January 12, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case.

Is there anyone who has the same situation with me?

This is normal. You will get mail via post another 3-4 days.

They will say we are still working on your case etc.

Dont worry
 
I think, when USCIS resolves your queries, they will post that kind of message. I have called USCIS to change my address couple of times and both the times, they have updated the address and posted similar kind of message.

I got the letter from IBIS.

Service records indicate that your application is with an officer for review. You will be notified as soon as a decision is made.

I am just wondering if i will be asked to provide a REF for my AP or something else. Or if it is possible for me to get denied although it is my 3rd time to apply for AP.
