I'd multiple LUDs the las 2 weeks and this today!

On August 29, 2006, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to an office in LINCOLN, NE for processing. That office has jurisdiction over the case. They will send you a written decision as soon as processing is complete. You should receive a notice informing you that your case has been transferred to a local office.

"Current Status:

concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30
days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case

Any idea what's coming?

Rajanrk,

I got following message after I made Address Change:

On June 28, 2006, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

That means your case is transferring to the local office and you'll have a interview in local office in the near future.
Which days did you get LUDs and how many?

Got LUD's on Aug 15, 16, 17, 24 & 29

KKK503,

Contact your attorney for your transferred case and s/he may receive the notice soon if you have any. If you have not received the notice in two weeks, you'd better call USCIS 1800# for followup. The upcoming notice will indicate where your case is.

Another LUD today

The LUD fest continues. Another LUD today. Hopefully something good comes out of this. I guess will have to wait till Oct for any hope to get the green card. Final stretch ?

Was your case in CSC or TSC before transferring?

Yes, it is possible you get interview before visa number availabe or Name Check complete.

However, I believe your case was transferred to NSC, not a local office. You are in California, right? How will you go for an interview in Nebraska?

So I guess it is just more case transfers due to bi-specilization program, like they transfer all our cases from CSC to TSC in March.

Did you get the 'transfer' letter ? Did it indicate the status of your application ? Curious whether my NC got cleared or not...

I also got the same message a week back. It looks like our applications have been transferred to NSC. (CSC-TSC-NSC)

What are the pros and cons of the case being transferred? Can someone shed some light into this?

Thanks
