I would like to know whether your green card had been approved after getting RFE from officer # 295.How long did it take for u?

They acknowleged receiving the reply on 8/17 but till now no update yet. What about you? Can u please post ur case details? what the RFE was about?

Rfe ACK : 11th Aug 2004

RFE was regarding EVL

Hi Kalsekha,

I stopped trying to make any sense of anything TSC does. Nothing makes sense and the more you think about it the more depressed you get. I saw some people getting approved by 295 in a week after the rfe acknowledement. I was hoping the same will occur to me but since they acknowledged ur rfe on 8/11 and u have not yet heard back from them this theory does not stand.
