You have lifted the standard of this forum.
Not only that you maintained the "Recent Approvals" thread since January 2002 with tons of approvals coming but also started some very useful threads like AC 121 etc. I also saw many of your posts giving invaluble advice to folks on this forum.

I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Finding your worthy successor is one task that you may want to look at.

Well - I hope my term in office is a short term.

Ha Ha - Unlike a politician who wants to remain forever in office - I want to retire as soon as possible.

Of Course I shall visit from time to time but not to maintain the recent approvals thread or something like that

It would be pleasant to see someone else maintaining the recent approvals thread etc etc and generating statistics etc etc

however that is the beauty of this message board - I personally do not know anyone. So I cannot name anyone to take my place (successor)

I hope that another gc waiter does what I have been doing and more and more. There are a lot of intelligent people out there.
