message changes after address change request

I called the national customer number to change case address and then a few weeks later the message online changed to the following

"On August 23, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Before it was
"Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on January 22, 2004. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."

Is that normal? Thanks.
