Message changed but confusing - gurus please help!!!

Hi Gurus,
My details

EB2 with I-140 approved (substitute labor, no RFE, no concurrent processing)

I-485, AP, EAD all have R.D. 12th Aug'03

Received an RFE on EAD on 19th Sep'03 asking for passport information as part of new requirements.

On Oct 10th the message changed to

"On October 10, 2003, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 60 and 90 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

Did anyone get this type of messge? How much time it takes after this to get the EAD approved?

Also my AP didn't get approved till now. How much time will it take?

don't worry, this is a standard "RFE response received" message. You will get your EAD approval soon...

Ur responses are truely and sincerely appreciated. I just checked and our AP got approved. I'm pretty sure the EAD's will also get approved soon.

What was the pp details asked?

Did you submit your visa page and I94 page from the PP at the time of initial application?
 
Passport details

Hi OmGV,

My attorney submitted copies of all pages of my passport which includes both sides of I-94 and all visa stampings.

Those were submitted after receiving the initial RFE, since it happened to be a new requirement (at least that's what my attorney said to me)
