Yesterday there is a message change on my I290B & I140 which was in appeals for two years here is the following message:
"The I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office. Looking at this looks like they have send it back to Service centers.
