Yesterday there is a message change on my I290B & I140 which was in appeals for two years here is the following message:

"The I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done, counting from when USCIS received it. Follow the link below to check processing dates. Looking at this looks like they have send it back to Service centers.

Has anyone got this message ??

i have seen this before. that means your appeal was successful and hopefully they wont find another problem to challenge your petition. if i were you i would do a premium processing once it is available.

premium processing is not availabe for I140 temporarily.
But since my PD is Dec 2002 they should do it fast.

the PD will have no effect on how fast they process the application unless the reviewing agent feels sorry (i doubt that would happen) either way, i wish you good luck and please let us know how it goes
