Message change from \'Card Ordered\' to \'Approved, sending receipt\'

After completing CP, I checked the card status and the automated message stated \'card ordered 16 November\'. The message has since changed to \'Application approved, notice sent on 6 December.\'

Does this mean that the card has been sent?

Judging by prior postings I have read, the change in the message is unusual. If you have any ideas, please let me know.

You should have the card by today or tomorrow

This will be the last meesage you will hear before you recieve the card
