thank you we are just scared we were thinking of just waiting a few years to see if the laws would change but im almost done with college i got 3 semesters left and i would love for us to stop living in this situation

When you say you 'entered illegally' does this mean that:
1) you were sneaked over the border or
2) that you overstayed a visa.

The answer to this question will reveal your options.

First, thank your mother for messing up your life and making you illegal. Had you left at 18, you could have entered properly with few problems; at 19 there is little that can be done.

Your USC wife can do nothing for you since you entered illegally. It is unlikely that she qualifies for a hardship waiver to allow you to enter before you serving your period of banishment. Even if you finish college, you are unemployable due to your lack of legal status. Immigration reform might help you in the future but don't count on it any time soon; there are many promises of legislation but with the unemployment and recent serious criminal acts by illegal aliens, law abiding citizens are angry and involved (a simple fact of life now).

See a social service agency which assists people in your situation for assistance in developing a realistic plan for your future. Just remember that doing nothing and getting deported will complicate your life even further. In some areas, like where I live, the police will jail and hold for deportation proceedings illegal aliens who are stopped for traffic offenses like failure to have insurance after an accident, etc. See the legal aid group soon to assess your risks.
