Hi All,
I got my I-485 approval notice thru mail on Monday, and today I got my passport stamped. After applying for I-485, my company name got changed and after that we got aquired by some other Company. So, I thought I have to wait for AC-21 regulations before they approve my case. But I was surprised to see my approval notice in mail. Anyway, I am glad that the ordeal is over. And I wish all of you a speedy approval.
My details:
PD: 10/98 EB-2 India, RD: 01/00, ND: 02/00, I-485 AD:06/11/01,
passport stamping on 06/20/01
Never got an RFE.
I have a question, my passport expires in couple of months, so my temp. green card stamp on my passport is valid until then only. INS officer said I should come back again after I renew my passport, if I don\'t get my plastic cards until then. So can anybody tell me how long it takes to receive the actual plastic cards???
