Members sheet

You have the correct info for me. Thanks for the list but I felt depressed glancing through it. I saw that most members are either approved or RFE-d which is good! However, there are few unfortunate souls like me whoose cases is untouched. Not a good sign, I guess.

Updated the members sheet.
Please check and post if your info is incorrect. or you could correct it.

Any excel gurus out here - can derive a column where we do a sum of ids from 2001 with font color green (approved) ?
or the other way around (unapproved ones)???

of the total ids, 242 out of 282 are from 2001.
where are the 2002 filers ?

A different font color for FP done

I am not sure if this is a good idea.

I was thinking why not include a different font color in the excel to track those members who are waiting for approval with FP done, just to keep track of FPs as well.

I am Sep '02 without FP notice yet and I know many in May '02 without FP's

Added a MACRO in the sheet to count the colored cells:

Please look at the Macro , it is easy to adapt it for various colors.
If you have problems email me.
I have also added a link from where you can see the color codes.

Please update the 4 posts after your post. ( I did not modify the contents of the sheet )

You put in the macro very mush as i had requested.

Right now it is showing for all the Greeen cases. is it possible to break by year ?

My intent behind this is -
Then everyone can see the total no of cases in 2001,
then no of cases approved, RFEd, transferred etc.

2001 unapproved filers will know how many amongst them left.
2002 filers can then understand and make their assumptions when to start expecting TSC to start looking at their cases.
And so on..

I have updated the sheet with last few postings ( tigerking to lasthead).

As per FP tracking, patient2002 it has been harder to collect
this info so i am not sure how to go back & collect the info.
If you can lead, patient2002 then please do so and pick a color and make a request for people to color their ids.

Here is the updated members sheet.
Out of 242 members for 2001, there are 147 that have been approved.
These are individual members ( no spouses/families).

still 95 remaining before TSC ideally starts looking at 2002 cases.

My case has been transferred to the local ofiice for an interview

I have used the macro writen by eb2_I485_RD0901 & expanded it to include other colors.

please take a look and if your info is not there, please post a message to update it or you can update yourself.
