Hi all!
I am a new subscriber to this forum. I have yet to see a question that has been concerning me greatly. I have already taken my medicals a fortnight ago, and I would like to know for how long the medical is valid? I am waiting for an affidavit in lieu of my birth certificate. I would really appreciate it if any body could answer my question.

It's vaild up to one year.

Validity of medical

What I know is you have to submit the report to INS along with
I-485 should be taken within one month. Thats what I know. That should be taken within one month from your application to INS.
Please check that out. I might have seen it in the INS medical forms.

I checked with my lawyer and he too says that the medical is valid for a year.
