everyone,
if you are in inland empire, southern california, avoid dr. leena sheth in rancho cucamomga for medicals. her office is a joke. She takes 6 days for blood test (two of my colleague in orange county got results in 2 days at two different doctors). her staff messed up my papers really bad, which very LUCKILY i caught before they sealed it. even when the prepared the papers again, they refused to show me if everything is correct (this is not the case at most of the doctors). and the way they prepared the papers in the midst of total chaos at office, i really doubt their professionalism.
Sincere advice, avoid her..

I guess it is the luck of the draw who we choose for your medicals. I heard similar bad experiences from other doctors as well. Usually they will/should give you a copy of the test results for your records along with the sealed envelope. After all this is your medical and you have every right to know if something is wrong/right.
 
That's correct. I went to Neighborhood Clinic in Dallas, TX (Northwest corner of Beltline and Preston) and they gave me the exact two froms that they sealed in an envelope. Were very professional, and charged $85 for physcial ($10 extra for transfering vaccine info from other records you provide).

This is your record. They should not be hiding it. You can pretty much tell them that this is a breach of your basic right to your own health information.
 
that's what i saw with three of my other friends who went for medical recently.. first of all this doctor charged $195 per peson.. and she said that if i need a copy of form for my records, that will be additonal $45. I argued with the doctor that one copy says applicant on it and i should get it, but they said that they seal that copy in the envlope too. and arguing with doctor is almost useless.
that's why i am warning others, stay away from her.

You all got off easily. I paid over 500 bucks for my physical+lab work. And do consider that I'd had more than half of my vaccines already done somewhere else. And I don't even want to go into the appearance of the office and the bedside manner of the doctor. It's beyond me how the INS selected these doctors because from my experience and what I keep hearing about other doctors they are not the cream of the crop. Just beyond me.... Cream of the crap maybe:D


Edit: this is a different doctor-east coast.
