Dear members,
I would like to ask you a question? I feel thos who submit applications togather with medical forms are getting approved early.

We (me, my wife and two kids) submitted our application with out medical.
after two weeks, My wife and my self gave bio code 3. After an other one month, my son (10 years) has been requested to give bio code 2. Then he got card without medical. after another one week my doughter has to give bio code 2 and medical. she is 5 years.

Now 3 months passed. Nothin for me and my wife.

If I send medical for my wife, (Without request), what will happen? Do you think they will reject it?

According to the USCIS instructions, if any one think his application has been separated or displaced from other applications, he can call to them. Isn't it?

So, can we call them?

Think possitive and give me an answer please.

Sorry but I have to say that I noticed a couple of years ago people were ready to wait for ten years, but now waiting for 6 months or so seems too long, heh. I do not know your exact timeline but it seems you sent your I-485 maybe 4 or 5 months ago. They will ask for your medicals. Have a bit of patience; your case(s) are not being neglected; it has not been even a year for you to worry about it. And no, do not send anything at this stage without them requesting it.

You are right Clotty. Don't send the medical until they ask for. Some little Kids don't need medical and get the card earlier than adult. Just wait.

I had a similar stuation, from my family, my 3 little sisters got approved withing 2 months of filing.... my parents still waiting.... all did biocode 3 together... and sent their medicals with the initial application.

I call TSC to inquire about "family group" filing... and approval and the officer said that they don’t handle "family group" cases together anymore, and that all depends on priority and fingerprint / background clearance. I call several times and I got the same answer.

I filed in 2005 with my medicals and 6+ months later they asked me for my medcals again...

I know someone that sent forms that were not request it, CIC sent them back....
